[AI-Assisted] Does physical gold become more valuable as everything else goes digital?
It feels like nearly every type of asset is becoming digitized or moved onto some kind of online platform. Meanwhile, physical gold is still one of the few assets you can actually hold and store yourself w/out depending on an app, exchange or company.
Do you think this shift toward digital ownership will make people value physical gold more in the future?
Personally, I could see younger investors eventually becoming more interested in physical gold specifically because it exists outside the digital system. On the other hand, convenience might win and fewer people may want to deal with storage, premiums and authentication.
