What’s up everyone. I got my first tattoo here on my calf on Thursday and everything I’ve been using the gold dial twice a day in the shower to clean it and then moisturizing it with the aveeno fragrance free after the shower also twice a day. The photo in the post is how it’s looking today, as you can see the very dark saturated black parts are still somewhat dry even with the moisturizer. Should I put more on or just leave it, I can’t tell if it’s dry or just beginning to scab up. Im also afraid to keep putting more as I don’t want to over moisturize which I read can pull ink. I’m being super OCD about it healing nicely, and I want to make sure it retains as much color and black as possible. Also are these two products ok? If not, is it too late to switch now since I’ve been using them from day 1 to now day 4? And if I need to switch what do you guys recommend? I’m just seeing so many different things online and I’m afraid of damaging my new tattoo that I love so much! Thanks for any help or recommendations. :)
