Moet wel zeggen, een van origineelste die ik ooit eens heb gehad van was een rnicrosoft.com adres.

Alleen was de ruimte tussen de r en de n moeilijk te merken door de lettertype in combinatie met de grootte van de letters.

Hereby a big Shout-out to the Anycubic Support Team for their service Concerning my son's Kobra 3 V2 Combo he had received for Christmas.

April 11, I ran into an issue where the extruder got jammed, seriously jammed as there was even a leftover from another filament color still stuck in it.

After the clean-up I reassembled the extruder but after I tried the filament still wouldn't come through the extruder.

April13, the new extruder i ordered came and replaced it

However, by mistake I used a long screw to reassemble, as I fastened it I suddenly felt a light resistance and before I realized it I saw a few little sparks coming out of the PCB at the back of the extruder. (Not something you want to see and as an engineer myself a slight feeling of... rookie mistake🤦‍♂️....)

April 15, last resource as I couldn't found the PCB, I reached out to the support team and explained my mistake.

April 16, I was really happy to read that e-mail (see pic in attachment).

Today, April 27, the new Printhead module arrived! After the replacement, I ran a full calibration, homed all the axes and my son's printer is back in business!

Once again, thanks to the support team for the great service! 5 🌟 on Trust Pilot as well!
