Offline scans do nothing and don't even restart my PC.

A year ago, I got a rootkit. I knew I had one because photos weren't loading, etc. I removed it using Norton but was always on edge after that. A few months ago, I tried doing an offline scan. but instead of scanning, it just restarted my pc. I found out my pc needed repairs done and I repaired it to my best ability and then I tried again and got a blue screen saying, "Your Pc needs to be repaired". I tried repairing it a little more and now it doesn't even restart. I get a notification from Windows Security saying my antivirus isn't on when it's on, and when I click on the popup and try again, nothing happens at all. OS build is 26200.8875 Edition Windows 11 Home

Why aren't all religions in my country shown?

Why is Bantu and Cwenzi the only religions shown when there's clearly more? The other pops aren't apart of any pop based country and I let a month tick over. please tell me if anyone else has experienced this so I know if its a mod conflict or if my UI is bugged.
