Ultrahuman breakup 💔
I loved my Ultrahuman Air for 2 years (one replacement). Customer service was always great, helpful and pretty quick to respond…. until they put up an AI brickwall in between speaking to a real person in customer service. My ring just died again which i wasn’t too upset about since the Ultrahuman Pro just came out and I was going to try that out next hoping it would last longer. But i can’t even get in contact with customer support to ask them one simple question about trade in value. AI tells me they can’t answer specifics to that and that they’ll connect me to a real person to help me… that was 3 days ago and i’ve heard nothing. I tried making a post on the Ultrahuman subreddit seeking help… and that got taken down by mods immediately. If their customer service continues to remain as botched as it is now being AI facing, I am definitely not getting the Pro and will be looking into a better ring to invest in? Anyone have any feedback about rings that don’t have AI slop customer service implemented now?
update: i’m not breaking up with ultrahuman!!! customer support reached out over email and even gave me a phone call… turns out email is key to avoiding the weird AI issues!!! they were very accommodating and helpful and i’ll be getting the PRO once it ships.. hopefully soon!!
