Trailhawk or other trim

Hi all.

Ive been interested in getting into off-roading and was looking into GCs, specifically Trailhawks. I want to do some upgrades and mods like a lift, bigger tires, etc. However, I know that the trailhawks have air suspension and most other trims don’t. Is it going to be easier to mod other trims (like a limited) lacking the air suspension? Is a trailhawk still the better bet with all the bells and whistles it comes with? I’ve heard about airlinks and adjusting the ride height as-well, I’m just not sure if I would be better off getting a trim with normal suspension. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know!

Hi everyone.

Just want to thank everyone for the suggestions yesterday. I decided to cut out the dead glass in the ding and then I used two layers of fiberglass to repair it. This is the result I’m at now. I’m planning on hot coating over this and feathering the edges. My only concern is that the top edge is really thin and not sure what I should do. Thanks!

Mornin everyone.

I just picked up a 7’ mid-length off Facebook marketplace place (https://algorithmsurf.com/product/ben-gravy-the-menace-surfboard/?srsltid=AfmBOopv3\_jBlACopwPgPB1JjJBYxIq77eKPm742kHDF-YYrfW1W9mRo) and was wondering what fins / fin setups you would recommend? I was planning on running it as a twin but the fin boxes might be too far forwards. Let me know! Cheers.
