wanted to ask you girlies who have a pelvic floor dysfunction + nerves pain on your vagina. my friend has this and she has never had sex. she recently found these issues through her GI problems and it's all connected. long story short, she has never felt comfortable putting on a tampon because it gave her so much pain. is there any tips you can give her to prepare herself for when she wants to get intimate?
