Missing info in hardcover of TB III: Op Athlete book?

Hey,

I finally got to the book and skimmed through it. Am I missing something that I haven't read yet?

I realized the Ab Triad section of page 190 (Appendix A section) is blank.

Anyone else have this issue? The book is past eligibility on Amazon, what can be done? Does the Author frequent here? Would they replace it?

Also, what is the exact info for the Ab Triad?

What parallette and rings brands can you with certainty recommend as “buy for life”, especially with daily & intense use?

I’ve always been concerned about cheaper costing wooden rings and parallettes breaking mid-exercise - especially medium height/taller parallettes and rings at a high setting.

In all, I’m leaning towards buy the Rogue Fitness Bolt-Together Parallettes but I’m worried about the older coat getting slippery, especially as they get used. I have a lot of allergies and train in an apartment, so I don’t wanna rely on chalk just to workout efficiently (I want minimal interferences).

Lastly, what do you think about Rogue Steel Rings? And how do rogue wood rings differ from cheaper brands?

PS

What’s your experience with Doorway Nordic Curl Straps, as well as straps like the Spud Inc. Nordic Curl Strap or Mr. infinity Nordic Strap (you use by strapping them around benches)?

How is GravGear brand customer service and equipment quality?

Anyone have equipment from GravGear? Is the company legit? How is the quality of their items?

Also, how was the experience purchasing from them? Their shipping? Warranty experience? Etc

How are Rogue and other brand steel rings vs Rogue plastic vs rogue wood vs Other brand wood rings vs any other materials?

How are Rogue and other brand steel rings vs Rogue plastic vs rogue wood vs Other brand wood rings vs any other materials?

I have Rogue Plastic Rings and just ordered GravGear rings for my apartment. I'm considering getting a third set for outdoors and to test and compare to the others. I'm deciding if Rogue Bolted Parallettes, some other parallettes, Rogue Steel Rings, Rogue Wood Rings or some other item is the more worthy purchase (ie: Ab Roller, Neck Harness, Rogue Dip Belt, Sandbag, Heavy Club, Mace Club, etc).

I'm big on buying things as close as possible to Buy It for Life Quality.

So, what do you guys suggest?

PS

I have latex allergies so bands are out the question.

Also, I'm deciding If I should gain strength via progressing with sandbags or high quality adjustable dumbbells

Issues with delivery of physical copy book

Hey,

I hope the author is active on here. I am having issues ordering Overcoming Tendonitis on Amazon; the day keeps getting pushed back, then today I got a notice that said something along “the order/book needs approval”. I didn’t have this issue with Overcoming Gravity or Overcoming Poor Posture.

Also, the Overcoming Posture book is HORRIBLY printed. Lots have low quality faded visuals (seems like poor printer).

Does Steven low print his books out anymore, or are they printed by Amazon? I noticed Poor Posture and Gravity are printed in the same location (stated on the last page of the books). Where are the books printed and glued/put to together?
