Starting braces at 25. Is it too late ?
I' m a 25 year old who grew up in a low-income family, so getting my teeth fixed was never an option financially. I've hated my smile for as long as I can remember. Now that I’m financially stable and earning well, I finally decided to get a consultation.
My dentist took X-rays and said my teeth are severely misaligned, estimating it will take at least 3 years to get them properly aligned.
a 3 year timeline feels a bit daunting. For those who had severe cases as adults, how was your experience with long treatment plans?
