Anyone else have better sinuses on Trikafta than on Alyftrek?
I’ve been on Alyftrek for a couple of months now (switched from Trikafta). Overall it’s been solid, but I personally feel like my sinuses were noticeably better on Trikafta — less congestion, reduced pressure/headaches, and easier nasal breathing. On Alyftrek it seems a bit worse again.
For those of you who have tried both meds:
• How have your sinuses compared? Better on Trikafta, better on Alyftrek, or no difference?
• Any changes in congestion, post-nasal drip, sinus infections, polyps, or headaches?
I know these modulators are game-changers for lungs, but sinus symptoms don’t always get the same attention. Curious to hear if others have noticed something similar or if I’m just in an adjustment period. Appreciate any input! 😊
