Has losing weight helped you stay pregnant?

Has anyone had recurrent chemical pregnancies, lost weight then had a successful pregnancy? I’ve had 3 chemical pregnancies with a successful pregnancy after my first CP. My doctor believes it may be my weight causing this. I’m 34 years old, 5’8, 255 lbs and I have high triglycerides and low hdl. I also have TPO antibodies but my thyroid numbers are normal. But no other health issues that I know of (we’re going to do a recurrent pregnancy panel still).

3 Chemical Pregnancies and 1 successful

Hi! I’ve had 3 chemicals, 2 back to back recently (going through one right now) and a successful pregnancy after my first chemical. My lines always start stalling around 11 dpo and lightening around 14 dpo. We don’t seem to have too much trouble getting pregnant but they’re just not sticking. I’m feeling so worried and scared! Has anyone else experienced this? What was the outcome? I’m going to ask for RPL panel but still so anxious and honestly sad.

I haven’t tried progesterone yet but wondering if this could be the reason because my luteal phase is usually around 11 days.
