MTA Construction

Anyone live near FPR M stop? Worried about the construction and the lead in the air. MTA claims they are using the safest protocols but they are sandblasting which is definitely not considered the safest protocol for dealing with lead. They also claim they are sealing the site off but…I have eyes. lol

I’ve been trying to get the construction schedule to see when the sandblasting is actually happening so I can stay away, but can’t find it anywhere. Anyone know where to look or is anyone able to find it?

EDIT:

in case anyone wanted to know, they are doing dry sandblasting starting next week Tuesday. They are doing it in sections, a couple days sandblasting, a couple days horrible acetone-like smell (anyone know what that smell is exactly?) and repeat until it’s done. They said it is “sealed” and contained and an inspector is on site at all times when that is happening to make sure it is contained. I’m not personally convinced to be honest so we are taking precautions in my house to protect ourselves against the dangerous dust particularly during the blasting periods. Masking up etc.
