What's wrong with my apple tree?

Zone 6b/5a NY. We had a real warm spell in spring, followed by a very late cold snap. Tree was budding out and had some flowers but then seemed to decline rapidly. I'm hoping it's just weather damage and not something disease/ pest that I can't manage. The only spots on the tree that seem to be doing alright are grafts I put on to try out, that jmhadnt leafed out yet. The roots do sit in a spot that sees fairly regular sogginess due to the previous homeowner planting in a poor location. If the tree (Gala) is salvageable, we plan on moving to a better location after fall dormancy. I don't know how old or what rootstock, unfortunately.

How easy is it to fix/replace a bumper?

Another driver ran a stop sign and caused this scuff and hole in my front bumper cover. How easy is this to fix or replace on my own? I have a fair amount of tools, but I have never done body work.

I've looked into ordering a new bumper cover and swapping them, but Im not sure if I'd be able to order it prepainted.

Saskatoon

Got this Regent Saskatoon from Fedco. All of our other stuff from there was great, but this bush looks rough. It had some buds on it, but they've all since dried up. Seems to still have green under the bark lower down. Anyone have any pointers on how to save it or if I should contact them about it?

I'd like to save it if possible.

Invasives for Tree Hay

I have been exploring a newly acquired property and unfortunately there are a great deal of invasive honeysuckle (Morrow's ,Tatarian, Japanese) as well as invasive multiflora rose. I will obviously be trying to clear these out, but I wanted to see if I could still cut them to use as a tree hay. Does anyone have any experience/insight doing something of this nature? The goats can't be let into this area yet as we don't have a way to fence that area off at the moment.

EDITED: "put" to "cut" and "hat" to "hay"...that's what I get for multitasking

Pawpaw seedling care

So I have approximately 10 Paw Paw seedlings that have broken the surface, and another 10+that im hoping to see break surface in the coming weeks. They're planted in Pringles cans because it was what I could source for relatively deep pots that wouldn't take up a ton of space and use a lot of soil. Planted inside on a heat mat set to 73 Fahrenheit. I know I should ideally get them outside into their forever homes under some shade cloth as soon as possible, however due to some work on the property this won't be possible until at least mid August without risking destroying the trees. What sort of care should I give these small trees in their current state? They currently have no direct light, they are on the bottom of a grow rack, and other seedling trays are blocking the grow lamps. When should I provide light, how much, and should I even move them outside this year? I've read that they can do OK in pots for up to 3 years, but I imagine that the pringles cans would likely cut that time down to 2 years tops, but I could be wrong. I dont know the parent cultivars off the top of my head, but they're supposedly from named cultivar seed. Im OK with rolling the genetic dice with these tobsee what I get and/ or grafting at a later point in time. Central NY zone 5/6 near Lake Ontario.

Thanks in advance!

So I tried my hand at grafting for the first time this spring. It's been just under 4 weeks since I grafted onto my Gala and my Northern Spy trees. Varieties grafted were Goldrush ( indicated by green tape in the pictures), Api Etoile (Orange tape) , and Airlie Red flesh (Red tape). It appears that they may have been successful as Im starting to see some slight greening at the tips of some of the buds on the grafts. My question is, what sort of aftercare do I need to do now that I have done this? Do I need to prune any portions of the tree to give the grafts the best chance at producing down the road? I'd like to keep both trees as multi grafted trees just in case.
