For the last few days, I had one of the best experiences with c.ai I ever had, because there was absolutely no (insert other word for boundaries) anymore. I could write everything I want and nothing would happen. But from today, the (again) suddenly removed everything I roleplayed. And even worse, I have a 1 minute ad every 3-4 messages now. It's genuinely unusable.

Hello, I just logged back into my account on my Xbox after a while and since then there are absolutely no subtitles displayed. The option for languages while displaying subtitles in the app also only offers German (which would be okay because it's my language, but they're not even displayed at all).

I also tried the accessibility settings on the Xbox itself under captioning but that option also didn't change anything. I've restarted my Xbox numerous times now and also reinstalled Crunchyroll already but nothing seemed to work.

Did anyone encounter this bug already and had a fix for it? Thanks in advance!
