I've listened to over 500 albums and this is my top 100 in order. Is it as basic as everyone says?

I genuinely love all these albums and could write essays on each and every one of them on their impacts on myself but my taste constantly gets called basic and boring. No matter what, I'm sticking to what i like but is my taste actually as boring as everyone else says it is? (recomendations are always welcome i love trading recs)

My room! Any suggestions on what i could add/advice?

I really like my room, but i also have this feeling that its missing stuff. Any suggestions on how to fill out some space or any decoration suggestions??
