Trying to make light of a crappy situation

S/O to the local cheaters, y’all suck! GR is so small. Crazy people can get away with it for so long.

Recently found out my partner(a little over a year “official”) was cheating on me through a random message on Facebook sent to a friend. They claim to “love me” and want to spend the ”rest of their life” with me but cheated for months in the beginning of the dating and into the exclusive phase. Not just cheating, but in a whole a** relationship that was going on three years. It’s been months since the cheating and they broke up, but crazy to just now find out like this. We live together now so it is tough and a complicated situation. I’ve never been so serious with someone. Knew each other in the past but never committed back then due to my circumstances.

Just curious, how did you find out you were being cheated on? How did you get over it? Funny/crazy stories welcome while I try to manage this madness. I could use a laugh. Not sure what to do

Counseling Job Market

Got my Masters in Counseling from a local school that isn’t CACREP accredited and feel like that is my issue. Trying to find a job and get licensed has been stressful. Anyone have any luck getting a job in GR with these circumstances? Or is the market here saturated? Did I fall for the marketing on job growth? Doesn’t seem like moving out of state will be much easier given the lack of accreditation. I’m at a dead end and feeling like I made a huge mistake. Need to start paying back these loans soon on top of so much other crap on my plate. Drowning. Any feedback or insight from local counselors/therapists?
