Here's my DIY rig. Give me ideas on what should I do for a phone holder.

So...i got free space and i wanted to add Accessories to the rig. Primarily right now, i want to add a phone holder. I do a lot of trucking and i wanted to remove the ingame GPS from my HUD so i can have a physical one in front of me, using a phone screen, but i have no idea what to use to mount it on, also don't know where, but my idea is to put it on the right if i can because the in-game GPS is there, kinda like a center console. Please share your phone holders in the comments or give me ideas of what i can buy, my best bet is something to stick in the rig with a magnetic base, but if you guys have some idea of anything i can clamp and make it sturdy it'll be fine too.

Seating and screen position. what do you prefer?

This is my sim racing (and trucking) cave. I'm still organizing stuff, cable management is getting done after i build my new PC (i had plans for a PS5, but thanks to Sony being stupid, i dropped it) and i'm gonna comission to build a freestanding TV Stand for my Brand new 39 inch TV, similar to the one on the last 2 pictures, it's gonna be adjustable in height from the legs up but only 2 levels 10cm apart from each other, might add a third level like 5cm higher than the rest, or not, my question for you guys is:

do you guys like the screen sitting a bit low, with the bottom of the screen hiding behind the wheelbase (like picture #3, to me the bottom of the screen is going to sit at 72cm high)?

Flush above the wheelbase with the bottom of the screen barely touching the wheelbase from above (like pictures #4 and #5, the bottom is going to sit at 82cm high to me)?

Or the screen a bit higher than the steering wheel rim (like, bottom of the screen at 85cm or above)?

I've noticed the content talking about these freestanding TV stands is a bit rare and i barely know what's the general opinion of people on the internet about the screen positioning on the sim, so i wanted to ask what you guys like when organizing this part. regardless of the position of the TV i can also adjust the seats to go forward and back on the rails and also the angle, i can lean it back and forth. Anyways i just wanted to know how you guys like to adjust the screen positioning in relation to the wheelbase

i wanted to share a beta of how my layout is been designed so far. Haven't changed the NumLock keys and the NumEnter (because it already has a role), but i basically used HIDMacros to brute force the 000 key macro into F20 and Tab into F21. Here's how the beta for the stickers is currently planned

since the 000 key can't be used as a hold function, meaning i can only use it for single press commands i decided to place it as a "suspension reset" in the middle of the front and rear hidraulics and the "drop truck axle" command above it. 7,4,8 and 5 for windows left and right, 9,6,- and + for music/radio. the "calculator" and backspace for engine and battery on and off. "Mail" key was set as photo mode, * for diff lock, "/" for high beam flash and "browserhome" for hazards. The "mail", "browserhome" and "calculator" keys i was able to simply change on power yoys so it's no big deal, but i think i'm gonna change the top ones soon because i don't want to hit photo mode close to the battery or vice versa by accident....

Recently bought a numpad for a button box with a 000 key that sends a macro of three "0" keys in rapid succession, and as far as coding is concerned, it's considered part of the standard keyboard, just a quick fire macro. The question is: Does anyone have any idea how to remove the triple zero macro and replace it with something else, like a single "FXX" key like F20? i managed to change almost all of my 23 keys except the 000 one and the Num Lock (just didn't want to mess with num lock yet, but i can if i want)

I was searching for good ways to hold this numpad in place without looking ugly or taking up too much space and also being sturdy and grippy enough not to shake when i press buttons or when the wheel vibrates. For now this rushed DIY holder stuck in place with tape looks ok, just need more layers of cardboard and paint to match my rig, but i wonder what you guys will recommend me. Give me good and cheap suggestions of what can i buy to replace this cardboard. It needs to grip, be adjustable, and maybe be magnetic or suction based, and don't shake around when i use the button box or when the steering wheel vibrates
