The "Block" mansion on Lakeshore, aka "Ivory Manor" - Part 2

Seems like a lot of y'all hate these mansions lol. I found a better screenshot at the end of another visual tour video of Michael's house and asked AI to render the front with a proper view. Here's the result (gaudy statues and neon sign not included - cleverly hidden by trees lol)

Here's the video btw. Look closely on the left side at the start and end.

FYI - Michael Selim was the CEO of a company that integrated electronics into furniture in the 90s. His house 2 doors down at 2054 Lakeshore Rd. was built in 2008-ish and completed in 2011.

Check the last 2 images for how big the lot is.

A look at the "Block" mansion on Lakeshore

Backstory: Two lots at 2088 Lakeshore Road East were acquired and merged, with the existing two houses torn down to build a 30,000+ square foot mansion. Designed by the infamous Ferris Rafauli (who designed Drake's mansion), construction started in 2020 (here's a WIP video from Mr. Rafauli) and ultimately stalled. The unfinished house was sold for $25.8 million. Later it was bought and finished up. No official completed photos exist and Google Maps hasn't been updated, but I caught these screencaps (last two pics) from the visual tour of Michael Selim's mansion 2 doors down, which is also right now for sale for $33 million.

I think it feels too big for the lot size. What do you guys think?

EDIT: Pre-construction photos are from the long-since-deleted REALTOR.ca listing

Something really strange is happening...

So I launched Photoshop (version 26.10) and could not use the Brush or Erase tools. Every time I moved the cursor into the canvas area, the thin circle that visually represents the brush would just freeze. I could still move the cursor, but the thin circle would be stuck on the outer edge of the canvas, away from the document/image/artboard.

I did everything - reset the brush tool, turned GPU acceleration off, multithreading off, restarted the app multiple times, increased the RAM availability from 8GB to 10 GB. Tried copying the file from my NAS to my Downloads folder.

Then I updated to the latest version 27.7. All still the same.

I am using a MacBook Pro M1 Pro with 16GB RAM. Running macOS Sequoia 15.7.7.

Even with Affinity v3 I had the same issue. I'm absolutely frustrated and gobsmacked.
