I leased last November and was sold a "consierge package" that was to include all maintenance, loaner vehicle, roadside assistance, and so on.

I attempted to avail myself of my purchased service, and discovered my dealership no longer services Genesis, and my closest dealership is over 60 miles away in another county.

It seems you've closed at least 2 dealers in an area of 6 million individuals leaving us to have to make a road trip to get oil changed.

The loaner vehicle? Well, my car has been at the Genesis dealer for a week, and "they'll try to get one tomorrow."

Issue? A tire and a windsheild.
