Traveler headstone. Donegal, Ireland

I went down a rabbit hole when I found this gravestone last Sept. Charlie died from cancer at 21 or 22. He came from a family in the Irish traveler community. His family raised a lot of money ($150,000 I think) to create this for him. Most of the other headstones are small, old, modest and what one would find in an old cemetery next to a church. Former priests are buried here with significantly smaller headstones. People in Donegal have tried to have the headstone removed, saying it's tacky, gaudy, etc... RIP Charlie, you were clearly loved.

Third spaces

Bar the pub/night club, what is a third space event that you do to meet people you don't know, where is it at, what town? Time? Venue? What impact has it had on you?

I miss this flavour so much

I absolutely miss this one, it was my favourite, I find Monster way too sweet but this one just hit the right spot.

I'm still within the first couple of months of my beer brewing journey, summer is around the corner, I'm starting to learn about the various styles and yeasts but I still have a LONG way to go.

What's a good style of beer to brew for a beginner brewer, using a 12 litre pot, 5litre demijohns and using bottle conditioning?
