I just received my bigger carryon today and while I knew it was bigger, it’s noticeably bigger than my old suitcase. It’s beautiful, and I really want to keep it. Has anyone actually flown with the new topside bigger carryon? I fly Delta and United a lot for work, and hoping it will actually work for both.
While I wanted to wait to see if a new one was coming this fall, I was running out of storage and my battery performance was horrible. Not much of a difference so far, but I’m happy with it! I can run Infinity Nikki and have my books and shows downloaded at the same time now!
I’ve never had this happen before.
My return was dropped off at Whole Foods (never opened as we decided on other headphones before these arrived) and days later I realize I haven’t received a refund. I see this when I check and reach out to customer service who says there is a delay and that it should arrive back to them soon. I ask if they can just refund me anyway since this isn’t my problem, then the agent magically says that this is just a computer error and it is in the warehouse just not showing that on my end. That was three days ago. Starting to wonder if these headphones are just lost in the return pile now.

- Amazon acknowledges that the package was received in Whole Foods. It just hasn’t made it from Whole Foods to the return center.
- Yes, I have reached out to support, they have been of zero help and I was passed around to like 6 different people.
