I heard Alorica is a good training ground for newbie so that’s why I put it first on my list of BPO companies to try, upon gathering info here and online, the common downside is their low offer.

Pa-help naman po. I'm still undecided kung anong company ang magandang applyan as a newbie. I'm very willing to work onsite, preferably within or at least near the Taguig area.
Ask ko na rin po, based on your experience, anong company ang mare-recommend ninyo for beginners? And ano rin po kaya ang fair salary offer na pwede kong i-expect based sa profile ko?
