Dear All,

I do not understand what batch I'm in or when do I get my dock.

I initially ordered the Superstation One with dock on day one of reveal, on January, 26, 2025. Color is transparent blue.

Following an email from RR to notify dock delays, they suggested to make a choice (receive everything later, or receive separately for aditional cost, or get a refund).

Then I decided to receive the Superstation one first, and the dock later. I got the initial dock deposit refunded and I made an order for the dock on October 25, 2025.

Indeed, I was a lucky one to receive the SS1 early.

Now I see many people receiving their dock but mine is not shipped according to Shop, no email or nothing from RR.

I'm sorry and I don't want to look impatient, I'm just wondering I've been forgotten. I have no idea how to know what is my batch. I was very early to order.

Is it possible I've been forgotten ?

I have a weird issue now.

When I turn on my Analogue 3D with no cart inserted I have a black screen.

When I turn on my Analogue 3D with a cartridge inside, I can play the game, but the button for 3D menu and quit cartridge in unaccessible.

I have the 8bitdo 3D controller with the OS button.

I have tried to update to the latest firmware, I think it worked yet I'm not sure as I cant go inside the OS.

On the latest firmware, I have chosen to boot the console on the cartridge directly. But I did not sign to never see the menu anymore.

What should I do ?
