Tips on being better at long distance driving

Hey guys, I've been driving for quite a number of years already and generally I think I'm a pretty safe and okay driver.

But one thing I've realised is that I'm really bad at long distance driving. Anything more than 1.5 - 2 hours and I start getting damn sleepy and losing focus. All my past drives (KL > Penang, KL > Melaka), I've had to stop at R&R, take a 15 - 20 min power nap, then only continue.

I've got a longer drive for work coming up soon and I'm getting nervous just thinking about it

For those who regularly drive long distance, any tips on how to improve this?

Also curious if anyone else is like this. Did you eventually get better at long distance driving, or do you just accept that you need to stop and rest every couple of hours?

Thank you, sifus!

tell me about your must-have mods you would get for a new car

hi r/kereta, I have been driving my parent's 2019 Saga for about 7 years now and I'm finally looking to get my own new car.

share with me some of the cool must-have (preferably not too expensive) mods for a better quality of life!

p.s., i'm not really thinking about car performance related mods, but i'm happy to hear your favorite mods!
