I still can't believe I'm writing this...
A couple of days ago, I opened Instagram completely by accident... and suddenly saw that BØNDS had been nominated for the Inkies Awards 2026 in the New Community Comic of the Year 2025 category on Tapas. I honestly thought I'd read it wrong.
After staring at my phone for a few seconds, I realized it was real... and yes, I may or may not have immediately started crying hahaha! 😂

What makes this nomination even more special is that I didn't submit BØNDS myself. Someone out there thought of this story and decided it deserved a nomination.
I still don't know who you are, but if you're reading this... THANK YOU. Truly.

So, since we're a nominee... we might as well give it our best shot, right? 😚

첫눈 (First Snow)❄️

The first snow begins to fall just as they step out onto a wider street. Quiet, gentle flakes catching the city lights. Byeong-ho instantly lights up, tugging at Minjun’s sleeve like he’s rediscovered magic.

"Minjun, look at that! It’s really snowing. Ah, the smell of winter… it’s exactly like when I was little. Did you see how the flakes melt on my gloves? And listen… doesn’t the air get quieter during the first snow? I swear it does. Do you like it? I mean, I know some people hate the cold but isn’t this just…"

Somewhere in the middle of that unstoppable stream of wonder, Minjun subtly guides him toward a side street. Another block, another turn, and another. Byeong-ho barely notices, too busy pointing at rooftops and streetlamps like he’s hosting a documentary on snowflakes.

He only pauses when Minjun gently takes his shoulder, turning him. Soft fingers brush the fresh snow off his beanie.

"We should head home, hyung. You’ll get soaked and catch a cold."

Byeong-ho immediately pouts. "Ugh, boring. Sometimes you’re worse than my brother."

But Minjun just smiles, warm and unbearably fond. He cups Byeong-ho’s face and kisses him. Slow, cold-lipped, sweet enough to melt every coherent thought. When they part, Byeong-ho finally notices the silence and the narrow buildings around them.

"Wait… when did we get here?"

A tiny chuckle. Minjun presses their foreheads together.

"I’ve wanted to kiss you since the very first flake," he murmurs. "But you were so happy… and I couldn’t just do it in front of everyone. Sorry. And sorry for being worse than your brother."

Byeong-ho goes perfectly still, flush bright and warm beneath Minjun’s palm.

"You’re such a menace, Joonie," he mutters, trying to scowl and absolutely failing. Then he leans in, voice soft and promising:

"…But fine. Let’s go home. I owe you a hundred more kisses."

This is a little extra I drew and wrote months ago, I thought it might bring a bit of relief from this summer heat 😌

Gray hair suggested it purely out of curiosity and boredom

Red hair was absolutely not convinced, but deep down he carries an intense need for warmth and affection, he was in a terrible mood, and gray hair was being more persistent than usual... so he gave in.

But... let's just say gray hair might not be as bold or as indifferent as he likes to think hehehe 🤭
