I'm Jean, founder of Le Beau Marius. After noticing that most kitchen utensils sold in France are imported mass-market products, loaded with Teflon and PFAS, I wanted to do the opposite: cutting boards and utensils made in Europe, PFAS-free and Teflon-free.

The idea is simple: beautiful, good, built to last. Noble materials (beech, oak, walnut), refined design, and pieces you keep for years instead of replacing every 18 months.

Le principe est simple : beau, bon, durable. Des matériaux nobles (hêtre, chêne, noyer), un design soigné, et des pièces qu'on garde des années au lieu de racheter tous les 18 mois.

The game is in English, French or Spanish and proposes 3 customized first levels (I let you the surprise) and has 3 skins.

Description: 

Arkanoid : Pixel Revenge is a modernized take on the classic brick-breaker formula, built around a playful and cathartic twist: before each game, players enter their own name along with the names of the three people currently annoying them the most. Those names are then rendered as pixel-art bricks across the first three levels, which the player gets to smash apart one by one ; turning everyday frustration into a high score.

The core gameplay stays faithful to the arcade original. Players break bricks to progress through 50 levels of increasing difficulty, controlled entirely through a smooth touch interface where sliding a finger moves the paddle ; no buttons required. Levels 1 through 3 feature the personalized "enemy name" bricks in a 3×5 pixel-art style, while levels 4 through 50 introduce colorful grids that mix standard, reinforced, and indestructible bricks.

Visually, the game offers three complete skins that transform its entire aesthetic. The default Neon Cyberpunk theme uses a dark background with glowing, halo-wrapped bricks and a rainbow palette. The 60s Pop Art skin draws on Mod-era design, with a cream background, flat primary-color bricks, and Op Art patterns like concentric rings, polka dots, and starbursts, deliberately avoiding bloom effects. The 70s Groovy skin embraces earth tones, terracotta, ochre, and olive bricks on a warm brown background with sunburst and lava-lamp motifs and a golden glow.

Difficulty comes in three tiers, humorously named in the style of Duke Nukem 3D. Piece of Cake is the gentle option: five lives, a slower ball, a wider paddle, and indestructible bricks appearing only from level 10. Let's Rock, the default, offers the standard experience with three lives and normal ball speed, introducing indestructibles at level 5. Come Get Some is designed to punish, with just two lives, a faster ball, a narrower paddle, and indestructible bricks arriving as early as level 3.

Four power-ups add tactical variety: FAST accelerates the ball, WIDE enlarges the paddle for eight seconds, MULTI splits the ball into three, and BOOM arms the paddle with tap-to-fire cannons.

The game's 50 levels are grouped into ten NES-inspired background themes, each spanning five levels: Space, Ocean, Forest, Castle, Volcano, Ice, Sky, Desert, Jungle, and a cosmic Final zone complete with portals, crystals, and lightning. The 60s and 70s skins swap in their own Op Art and Groovy background variants.

Progress and bragging rights are handled through a local leaderboard: the top 10 high scores are saved on the device, displayed after every game, and presented on a gold, silver, and bronze podium with the player's latest score highlighted.

Finally, the game is built with mobile-first, privacy-friendly principles. It runs in portrait mode on all Android phones, auto-detects French or English or Spanish, and remembers the player's entered names, chosen skin, and difficulty between sessions. There are no ads, no microtransactions, and no internet connection required making it ideal for commutes, waiting rooms, or any moment calling for a little digital catharsis.
