Can someone maybe a biologist help identify this? Found on my foot, very very small there seems to be a translucent fiber that picks it up or it floats by itself idk please help

Very strange decks of arrcos. Can’t find anything about them

Old tax seal arrcos. Opened up too is the same box as the lower blue no. 2
The poker deck is not streamline- I’m almost 100% sure it has the club back or the standard Arrco stand alone line. I believe it’s 1940-1955.
Hard to value what’s y’all’s guess?

Have any of yall had anything like this ?
This is Corduroy, the sweetest boy who ever walked the earth. In the past 18 months or so I guess this big growth has formed on his head , it hid under some of his hair for a while but it’s just been getting bigger, vet shaved around it and he said it’s just a skin tag if it’s not bothering him to just let it be. I have no real problem with that but it’s kinda ugly and I don’t want my sweet boy to be judged for it. Should we get rid of it?
