Really want to upgrade the deck to be Bracket 3 and was hoping for some tips

Just curious what people think would be the most interesting and fun build around.

I always really thought this was a super cool card and would love to build it but idk how to make it at least decently strong and would love some suggestions or tips 👍🏻

I’ve been collecting for a few years and semi brewing decks for a while but actually haven’t had a lot of play experience. These are the decks I’ve built though

What would be some good win conditions for this commander? I want to build my first budget deck and I’m debating between this and Loki, Lord of Misrule (I know he himself isn’t budget but I pulled him from a pack)

Thinking like a treasure theft deck that would be pretty fun. Got some ideas of cards but would love some more! ❤️ doesn’t need to be super strong but just want to make something that would be fun for the table. I’m pretty new to deck building so tips would be appreciated!
