Win Conditions
What would be some good win conditions for this commander? I want to build my first budget deck and I’m debating between this and Loki, Lord of Misrule (I know he himself isn’t budget but I pulled him from a pack)

Locke Treasure Hunter ideas
Thinking like a treasure theft deck that would be pretty fun. Got some ideas of cards but would love some more! ❤️ doesn’t need to be super strong but just want to make something that would be fun for the table. I’m pretty new to deck building so tips would be appreciated!
