Weird window behavior

My '22 Niro EV has had this quirk for a while now, and I thought I'd see if anyone else has had this issue, and whether or not it's worth getting it looked into.

It's intermittent, so naturally it's not going to do it when I show anybody, but sometimes when I crack the driver's window for a bit, then go to roll it up, it just drops down about half way. At this point, trying to get it to go up is an exercise in futility, but if I roll it all the way down it goes back to acting normal again and will roll up and down with the switch like normal.

It only affects the driver's window after I crack it for a bit, and rolling the window all the way down restores normal function... But that can be a pain if you're in a sudden downpour.

Anyone else ever had this happen?

Why is it so hard for EV manufacturers to be up front about battery capacity?

Here's my open letter (a rant) to EV manufacturers:

I've recently been shopping for a new EV, and while some of you get it, many of you are seriously testing my patience. When I'm looking to buy an EV, the over-sized elephant in the room is always the battery capacity. Perhaps you're telling me a price, and maybe you're tossing out a range estimate, but many of you aren't making it easy to find out the capacity of the battery.

And that is EVERYTHING. The capacity of the battery in kilowatt hours is the single most important aspect of that vehicle. Everything else is secondary, and we all know that your advertised range estimate isn't actually all that legally binding.

When anyone buys an EV, what they're buying is a battery on wheels. Of course they want it to look good. Of course they want it built well. They also want a lot of range, fast charging, great handling, and quick acceleration. Of course they want a comfortable interior with plenty of leg room. But none of it matters if the battery capacity doesn't cut it.

So why do I always have to dig for that info?

Why?

Do you secretly hope that you only attract customers that are ignorant of how important that number is? Does coaxing my resentment help you sell more cars?

You never seem to miss an opportunity to shoehorn in the liters of every single ICE engine you peddle, so why can't you do us all a solid and clearly label your battery capacities on your EVs.

Just plainly state the Kilowatt Hours that the battery is rated for in an obvious place on your vehicle's sales page.

Thanks so much,
