No idea how that much smoke can come from a car.

I was stopped at 13th and State going east on state and when the light turned green the white compact car in front of me disappeared into an enormous cloud of smoke. It couldn't see an inch from my windshield. I couldn't see anything at all. The smoke was very white. I waited only about 10 seconds but I was very worried someone would hit me from behind with the light green. I drove slowly through the intersection blind and when it was clear about 50 yards later I could see the cloud extended to both lanes behind me and about three stories high. About 5 minutes later my throat burned for about 10 minutes and a stink remained in the car.

No noise accompanied this. Any idea about what happened here? Happened yesterday around 8 pm but I'm pretty unsure if the time.

How are you doing?

I've been detrashing a very very long time.

I used to be angry.

Now I just want a cleaner neighborhood for everybody. Recently I felt myself resenting a business that doesn't take care of the property it's on. Then a few weeks ago, I decided I don't care. Who knows what they're dealing with. If I can help them succeed by cleaning up, that's good for anyone who works there and if the owners do well, that's better for the neighborhood than of they fail and it gets boarded up.

Just wanted to hear your feelings. I find litter picking super relaxing now. But it took me a very long time to get here.

I think the size of the problem is so enormous there's no other way to approach it.

Big moon tonight.

I'm looking for a great spot to see the moon. It rises around 9:20 pm.

Any recommendations?

I need to check my city's rules.

There are 2 businesses that always look over grown on the strip by the street, and they don't keep the litter out. Isn't it the businesses responsibility to keep the strip by the road maintained?

What's some advice for preventing bike theft in Eugene? I'm coming for the summer but I might just store it since I know how insane it is there. Is there technology yet?

Can anything be done? Are there vigilante groups 😆
