Hey Folks, I am a gold member. I am trying to book my stay in raffles the palm for 2 days. I see in accor it is costing around 45k INR but other portal like ICICI ishop it is costing 38k only.

Does anyone have any experience on best price guarantee? Does it make sense to call them first and then book later if they managed to match or book first and ask them to refund/match ?

7k INR might not be that big comparing benefits of upgrade and welcome drink but ishop also provide 33% cash back which makes the difference huge

Hi folks, planning to travel to dubai from bangalore in july for a week(dates flexible). I see it's 24k maharaja points roundtrip, but I cannot go forward to check taxes as I don't have points right now. I can transfer it from my EPM card and can be credited in a few days. But I am not sure it's a good redemption because cash flights from other carriers are available at 32-34k.

Does anyone have any idea what would be taxes or can check if they have required maharaja points in their account. Just don't want to do transfer from card and realise that redemption is not that great(<1rs).
