I always keep my homescreen clear to highlight my background and have my widgets in the next page and when accessing apps i just pull up the app screen. On my old phone whenever i press the home button it takes me to my empty main homescreen page, same when switching from/to the app screen it takes me to the main app drawer screen containing all the apps and you can have custom app pages beside it as well which are automatically sorted alphabetically unlike now lol. Anyways is this customization possible in one ui 8.0? Not all of that of course just the 'taking you to one main page when pressing home/ switching between home and app screen' one. Mainly for actual protection from drops and I've been using one on my Poco f5 with a back ring you can rotate and use as a stand as well as a cam cover so I'm looking for the same. Most I'm seeing just have either the ring or the cover. I won't really be using magsafe and wireless charging so though they're nice to have it's unnecessary. Any tips as well in general? Thanks folks!

You know when you're at your home screen and you swipe up the app drawer appears and you can make other groups there. I have Duo on my most used/daily apps groups and for the past few months if I don't do a lesson early it just disappears and I have to put it back to that group. Wth is this manipulation tactic?
