Tired all day despite good sleep health and diet etc. Ive had blood work done, and had no deficiencies. Vitamin D was on slightly lower end of the scale but not deficient. Anyone have any recommendations? I take a prenatal and a biotin supplement every other day nothing else.
I don’t know what metal this piercing is made of but when i look at the rod there’s a dark ring on the gold rod of the jewelry and my theory is that maybe it was gold plated and the plating has worn off in that area. And the metal underneath is now giving me an allergic reaction? Is this possible
