Hi, I’m 29 in no way i’m young enough to feel this way but every time i see my bf liked a photo/video online that has a woman it spikes my jealousy. I’m not talking about half naked girls or anything sexual or inappropriate. Just regular content that has a pretty girl, random on the internet. Logically i understand it’s as simple as scrolling seeing something you like and hit the like button. This doesn’t prevent or cause any issues in the connection but i am constantly regulating this emotion i feel. Does this mean something specific? And how do I fix it?
