Oji Seichi Summerlicious

Appetizer: veg Korokke, harumaki
Main: curry mazeman, spicy tomato mazeman
Dessert: soft serve with karinto and miso caramel, strawberry shortcake

Was really excited to try this spot for lunch summerlicious! It was only $20. However, the mazeman were both so salty and the portion was very small. I had to drink so much water. The appetizers were good and hot. The dessert was pretty sad looking

Summerlicious at Lee

Appetizer: spicy thai style fried wild cod, bbq jerk pork rib
Main: pain roasted salmon with olive tapenade, spicy indonesian fried organic chicken
Dessert: rhubarb almond frangipane tart, strawberry raspberry monkey bread

$75 for summerlicious dinner

My favourite dish was the bbq jerk pork rib! I found the portions were generous and perfect to share between two people. We also wanted to try their famous slaw but were too full at the end. Better than my experience at DaiLo summerlicious last year. Overall recommend to try!

Physio recommendation

I have a hamstring tendinopathy after I started training for a run. I visited a physio in North London today and didn’t enjoy the experience because they lacked enthusiasm and felt like they were just desperate for money (wanted to book me 2x week when my pain isnt even that bad..) Just wondering if there are any recommendations of PTs that are enthusiastic and do more hands on therapy. Thanks in advance :)
