Haven’t done JE in a while but is it true that you can now get paid instantly on JE… but you’d have to pay a 50p charge?

Please apart from Admiral , do you guys know any other insurance company that accepts top up insurance please (i mean top up insurance like Zego etc)
The renewal offer for admiral on me normal car is too high, so just looking for other insurance providers now ,but it seems most of them dont allow zego as an extra insurance provider
