Mom and Dad got me this gorgeous brownstone so now I want to create a cult intentional community because there isn’t really much community in Harlem. In exchange for my awesome generosity in letting you be a part of it, you’re going to pay me $4000 a month and participate in a mandatory service project, building a retreat center for me the community.
