Been obsessed with imagine this. So this isnt a criticism or accusation of copying or anything (chord progressions cant be copy written anyway, this melody is way different, and there are way more changes).

But did anyone notice on the verse, the "call back"?

The 3 1, 3 1 change of root to fifth gives the song a similar rhythmic momentum and the same harmonic guardrails. And I find the horns doing similar things in the instrumentals because of that

I fucking love hell (their cover and the original). And I love this song. So i guess I learned im a sucker for the swing of that chord progression. Just thought it was a cool little tidbit to point out, and I feel like Tomas is certainly aware of it

HYPOTHETICALLY (I know it will never happen), but to bring back the days of summoned skull/jinzo, gemini elf, man eater bug, magician of faith, all battle traps in general, etc etc,

Do you think either of these would do it?

1: master rule change that: if you start the duel with 0 cards in your ED, you get 3 normal/tribute summons per turn (can be dialed to 2 or 4 of 3 is off).

2: a field spell card that say: the first time your s/t is destroyed or banished, it is not destroyed or banished. Perhaps a searcher for it that can search it if you "control only a normal monster ".

Im sure still not meta, but could MAYBE make a kaiba structure deck from '02, vaguely rogue? Any other more creative ideas?
