Bugs or just normal damage while uncurling.

As title states trying to figure out what’s going on here, both very new leaves seem to have taken some damage, I haven’t spotted any bugs anywhere and plan to rinse it off with some Castile soap soon, another factor I believe could be why this happened was I got new sansi grow light that’s fairly strong when I first set it up I made the mistake of blasting it at full brightness never giving it a chance to adapt

What’s going on here ?

I just recently repotted my rattlesnake about 2 weeks after purchase, been loosing leaves ever since. Media is a well-draining indoor mix of perlite, charcoal and orchid bark. Any input is greatly appreciated !

Should I do more cuttings ? Ive done 3 so far but getting that itch to make more. Would it help the plant produce more bigger fuller leaves ?

How it started Vs How it’s going

I had no idea these little babies existed. one day my girlfriend and I made a trip to home depot and found a Rabbit’s foot maranta. It was the very last one so we bought it, and since then it’s exploded in size. I also only started to feed it last week (I’m still a very new in the world of plants). Any tips would be great ! Thank you and hello everyone !
