Need help finding information

Hi everyone! I need help finding my moms biological family.

My mom passed when I was 12, I'll be 39 this year. She was adopted and knew but was told a lie about who her biological mom was. Her adopted parents passed years ago but never said anything.Years ago my grandmother (on my dad side who was very close with my mom and helped raise me and my siblings) hired a pi but the only good it did was unseal the birth certificate showing the bio moms name then the pi ghosted us. My sister did a DNA test for ancestry, and I used that information with the help of a 'search angel' group on Facebook to find who they believe might be the biological father. Turns out the supposed bio dad died a long time ago to lung cancer, and the bio mom also died a few years before we found her to breast cancer.

According to ancestry, the supposed dad was married and never had children with his wife, and the bio mom never had any other children. According to what they found, the bio mom was working in San Antonio, Texas, as an interior designer in the 1960s, and the supposed bio dad owned a furniture store. I'm not sure if it was an affair, a one-time thing, or perhaps something nefarious. But bio mom put my mom up for adoption right after birth, then moved away. The only thing we could find about the bio mom was that she started working designing those fancy checks like you'd get advertisements in the mail for. She started living with a younger woman and lived with her until she passed away. My grandmother is understanding but old fashioned and thinks they were roommates, I personally think they might have been romantic partners. That would explain why she never married, never had more children, and chose to live her life with this woman. Especially back in those days where woman were expected to live traditionally. We did try to contact the "roommate" who's still alive, but none of her contact info seems to be current. She doesn't seem to want to be bothered. The bio mom did have a living brother who my grandmother got on the phone once, he had no idea my mom existed or that his sister ever had a baby. Apparently they weren't close and he hadn't seen or heard from her in a long time.

According to ancestry there was a match that could possibly be a half sibling of my moms from the same bio dad. I tried contacting her and she claims she doesn't know why it's showing possible relation on ancestry, that she's not adopted and doesn't know this supposed bio dad. We found a possible living relative of the bio dad, a cousin who was around during the time. We couldn't find this person on social media but found a physical address and sent a letter. Never heard anything. This person is old so maybe they aren't in good health, not sure. I've also tried multiple old San Antonio Facebook groups trying to find anyone who knew this supposed bio dad or the furniture store. I just keep hitting dead ends. Unfortunately I no longer have a paid ancestry subscription but I still have access to the account.

Here's photos of the information we have.

If anyone can find any living family on eigther side with contact info or how to contact the "roommate" I'd love to talk to them to know more about my biological grandparents. As well as any health history for me and my siblings. My mom had multiple learning disabilities and mental health issuses and my siblings also have alot of learning disabilities, and are both special needs. So any genetic info from my moms side could be very helpful.

L.B. Kelly is the supposed bio dad

Patricia or Pat Hammell is the confirmed bio mom

Roommates name is Robin and she was a professor

New Roche cakes

Hi! I used to work for heb in the bakery, for years, I left in 2017. I wanted to try the new round Roche cakes and grabbed the sprinkle one today. What icing are yall using on it? It's sweet like the buttercream icing in the bucket, but is light and fluffy like whipped cream. It's definitely not elite. I know the cake is just frozen but I'm curious about this icing.
