For those of you who are still actively in the grips of 7oh, or for even casual consumers, there are more, and more states banning and attaching severe criminal penalties to both 7oh & Kratom. Several states are attaching Class B and A felonies to possession and sales of either of these substances. That’s serious prison time. New legislative bills are being named after individuals who passed away while 7oh or Kratom were found in their systems. LE and medical examiners are being provided with tools to test for 7/Kratom in the blood. In several states where bans were imposed, but people ordered online, new legislation is turning this into a trafficking offense.

If you haven’t stopped using these products then I urge you to do so. Not only are you destroying your finances, relationships, and possibly your health, you’re facing significant changes in the law. These changes could put you in the same class as a drug trafficker. Because politicians need to look effective, the arrests and “football” size years handed out to offenders are likely to be highest within the first six months after the legislation is implemented.
