I hand-painted this custom oil portrait of this sweet orange cat, based on the original photo her human shared. Do you think I did her justice?

I really enjoyed painting this cat. Those big eyes looking straight up just melt you a little. I stayed true to the whole scene here, same carpet, same pose. Getting that soft, fluffy fur around her face just right took some patience. This was a commission painting, and I hope I did her justice.

Devastated

My beautiful, Feather passed away last Sunday and I am absolutely heartbroken. She was only 6 and half years old. 😭
