Due to very tight schedule, we have to left our broken vehicle in Dawson, is there a vehicle scrap yard in Dawson city? How much does it charged?

I self-cleared my imported package, paid the duties/taxes, and sent the clearance documents to UPS. However, UPS is still holding the package at the destination warehouse after about a week. The tracking page still shows that I need to pay UPS brokerage fees, even though the self-clearance has already been completed.

I’ve been calling UPS every day for several days. I’ve spoken with both customer service and the customs/brokerage department. Each time, I’m told something different: wait 24 hours, wait for an email, wait for a phone call, or resend the same clearance documents again. I have not received any email or phone call, and no one has given me a clear reason why the package has not been released.

I asked to be transferred to a supervisor, but I keep getting told that the supervisor is busy. I also sometimes have difficulty understanding the agents over the phone, so I’d really like to speak with someone I can clearly communicate with, ideally a Canada/US-based support or brokerage agent.

Has anyone successfully gotten this kind of UPS self-clearance issue resolved? What number, department, or method actually works?
