got my account banned and it says need a clear photo of my id to appeal but cant find a way to get photo without shadow falling on it does insta accept the photo if theres shadow on it or not??

not able to take photo to appeal for ban
so while im appealing it asked me face scan and ph no after finishing that it asks me to upload some kind of id i tried driving liscence but after it takes the photo(its taking the photo automatically)it either just goes back to the photo taking screen or says unexpexted error occured anyway to fix it?
