What to see/do?

My fiancé and I will be staying at a chalet in Saint-Come for our honeymoon and we ere thinking of staying Saturday night in Montreal so we can have Saturday and part of Sunday to explore Montreal, before heading home. (Towards Toronto)

Where do you recommend staying, and what should we do? Perhaps someplace to stay where we can leave our car and use public transit as we had issues with parking last time we visited. We visited the biodome a few years ago and might go back as we really liked it, would love to tour the Olympic space if open. I love a cute coffee shop and local stores. I’d say were pretty open, I feel like I haven’t seen many parts of Montreal.

Last time we were in Montreal was March 2024 and I swear it was -30 so really looking for any recommendations or spots where it would be good to walk and explore.

If you have other suggestions, rather than staying in Montreal we are open to any recommendations!

Thank you/Merci in advance!

Looking for resort recommendations for our honeymoon!

Now that my fiancé and I have finally decided on our honeymoon we are looking for some advice/insight.

We are going to go to Hawaii, Maui in mid January (10-12 days) next year and I am looking for resort recommendations we should stay at. We’ll be 27, we’re an active couple, looking to relax but also explore during our trip.

Our budget is around 10k (Canadian)

Any suggestions on what we should do, or see is welcomed. We’ve never been on a big trip like this so I’ll take all the help I can get.

Thank you! ❤

Honeymoon suggestions needed!

After researching for 6 months were still not sure where we want to go! We've never travelled outside of NA and therefore I' just worried of picking the wrong resort.

I have looked into Saint Lucia and Antigua a bit more thoroughly but also looked into all the resorts in he Caribbean as we were leaning more towards there. I've also looked into Hawaii, however I think an AI is the way I want to go, less planning and decision fatigue. However, I just preferably looked at Mexico and it's crazy the prize different and how much cheaper it is.

I was thinking I would like to go someplace special that we wouldn't visit again for awhile and not some place like Cancun where everyone can book cheap vacations.

Honestly I feel like we should be booking our honeymoon soon so I really would just like suggestions to whatever you think would be the best fit.

Budget: 10-11K (although we would also be okay saving some money as we are hoping to buy a house in the spring).

Were thinking 10-12 days in mid January (flying from Toronto, Ontario).

Preferably adults only, or adult only sections

We'd like to be able to do activities around the resort

We're pretty picky eaters so having options would be nice.

Thanks so much in advance, I swear I'd rather plan another wedding at this point over the honeymoon.

Coconut Bay Resort Saint Lucia for Honeymoon?

After what feels like months of looking into so many different options I think we are leaning towards coconut bay resort.

It looks like it has lots of pools, bars, restaurants and activities. Plus it has adults only sections when we want something a bit quieter.

Never been to an all inclusive or even a beach vacation so I just want to make sure we’re making the best choice!

We’re travelling mid January from Ontario and our budget is 10-12k.

Please tell me your experiences or reviews!

Antigua all inclusive honeymoon recommendations!

I think we’ve finally decided on Antigua for our honeymoon!

We’re looking for an all inclusive, ideally adults only but not a total deal breaker.

Looking to stay 10-11 days, would be nice to have activities to do around the resort.

We’re thinking mid January 2027!

I’d say our budget is roughly 10-12k CAD.

We will be flying out of whatever Ontario airport makes the most sense!

I looked at CHIC Roylaton but it looks small ( I only saw two pools and I think one is for diamond access only.

Please give me all the recs! We’ve never been to an all inclusive or to a resort so we don’t really know what to look for.

Help!

I think planning our honeymoon has been more stressful than the wedding itself!

We are getting married end of September but want to go on our honeymoon in mid January 2027 to get away from the dreadful winter (we live in Ontario, Canada).

We’ve never travelled outside of North America and I think going to an resort will help us dip our toes in the water in terms of travelling in another country while not having to stress about the details and logistics.

We were originally thinking Hawaii as it’s a top bucket list place but I’ve been told by many people that it’s their wet season/winter and to reconsider the timing if going there.

Costa Rica was on the list but then people said if looking for an all inclusive Costa Rica isn’t the place as there’s so much to see outside of the resorts.

Criteria:

Looking to go for 10-12 days

Budget: 10k with flights if possible

We’re looking to relax but also do a few activities so we don’t get bored.

Ideally I wanted to go someplace where we probably wouldn’t visit again for awhile and not a cheaper place where everyone goes on vacation if that makes any sense. (Punta Canta, and such)

Please help🥺 I have no idea where we should go let alone the resort or how to go about booking and planning our honeymoon. At this rate I’d rather plan another wedding than honeymoon cuz I have no idea what to do!
