Hello. I haven't been fishing for 20 years but my son was asking about it (9years old) so I said I'd take him on Sunday. Planning Loch Long at Arrochar since I know it and it's not too far. Got my old spinning rod and reel with some new line. I was planning on just taking a few different spinners and maybe some feathers. Any advice on exact location or other gear to take for a better chance of catching would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi sub. Lurked for a while but wasn't in a position to do anything. The garden has just been reworked and I now have a space where I can install a sauna. I understand barrels are not great. I was hoping some of the UK members could point me towards a good pre-built or DIY kit. The budget is around £4k. Thanks in advance.
