Hello! When do they send school supplies list, class assignments, bus schedules, etc.? This is my son’s first year attending CPS, so not sure what the norm is here. We are signed up for parent VUE, but I haven’t received any updates yet.

Also, I was hoping to let my son get a little tour of the school before his first day. Does anyone know if they allow this? I am really surprised there isn’t a meet and greet or something. Seems it would make the first day go smoother. My son will be on 1st grade.

Hey y’all! I’m a momma trying to enrich my son’s passion! He’s 5 turning 6 and is absolutely obsessed with fire alarms. This isn’t just a phase. He’s literally loved fire alarms for over half his life, lol. I really want to get him a hobby/demo board for his birthday. It’s all he talks about. It could have one or two fire alarms on it, and he would be stoked! Can y’all direct me in the right direction to get this done? I’m somewhat savvy and have access to a decent amount of tools. I just really have no clue where to start. Even better if there is someone who makes these?
