Some shots of newly germinating seeds, and some ready for transferring. Any advice or suggestions for Cactus TC is greatly appreciated! The first pictures are planted 2 weeks ago, and the bigger one at the end was planted 13th of March.

This is Catha Edulis in-vitro and I keep getting this outcome. Different seeds and cultivars. I assume this is a contamination but I haven’t seen it before and have clean and subcultured them multiple times.Yet I can’t get them to root they just grow this black callus every time. They are on MS with 1 mg IBA and .5 NAA at the moment. Any ideas?

We started this about 6 months ago, now up to 10 plants in the multiplication phase and about 100 seed grown plants growing in-vitro.
