Hello everyone i was wondering how you all get rid of the cigarette smell that clings to electronics. (Also bang&olufsen beocord 1900)

I have recently buoght a bang&Olufsen Beocord 1900 and wanted to try to record some songs i like on it from my pc but they all sound like a jet fighter is trying to take of next to them.

I dont know what the problem could be. Any advice is welcome.
