I am feeling like bike cb350rs is crying and vibrating in 60km/hr in 3rd gear.

I tried my friends bike and it feels very smooth throughout the gears, feels smooth at 80km/hr in 3rd gear.

I have ridden 4k km and just did my 2nd service day ago ans friends bike is hness which has done 5.5k km.

I already visited service centre guy is telling to wiat and give time, engine on its on will smoothen out, i think he is fooling me

What to do in this situation and where to raise request and proper inspection of my bike.

I checked chain slack, its in ideal range only.

I'm currently a Software Engineer and will be completing around 2.5 years of experience this July. I'm planning to start preparing for an SDE-2 switch and wanted to understand the current market from people who have recently switched or interviewed.

Few questions:

1. Are companies actively hiring SDE-2s or is the market still slow/selective?
2. What interview rounds are you seeing nowadays?
   • DSA
   • LLD
   • HLD/System Design
   • CS Fundamentals (DBMS, OS, CN)
   • Behavioral rounds
3. How much AI knowledge is expected today for a regular Software Engineer role?
   • Is basic knowledge of ChatGPT/Copilot/Claude enough?
   • Are companies expecting knowledge of RAG, vector databases, embeddings, agents, MCP, etc.?
   • Have any of you been asked AI-related questions during interviews?
4. If you were starting preparation today for an SDE-2 switch with ~2.5 YOE, what would your roadmap look like over the next 3–6 months?
